For our Client from the logistics and warehousing industry  sector in Swarzędz, we are looking for people to perform tasks related to warehouse operations.

The offer includes stable employment under a civil law contract umowa zlecenia, a salary of PLN 32.40–35.40 brutto per hour, work in 8–12 hours per day, 5–6 days a week , and full onboarding and training for the assigned tasks. An additional advantage is free transport from Poznań and the surrounding areas.

• Picking orders containing branded clothing.

• Packing ordered products into parcels.

• Checking that products match the orders.

• Securing and preparing parcels for transport.

• Keeping the workplace tidy.

• Salary:

  • PLN 32.40–35.40 gross per hour.

  • PLN 32.40 net per hour for students.

  • An additional PLN 1 per hour for candidates with their own accommodation.

  • From 1 November, the rate will be PLN 34.40–37.40 gross per hour.

  • Accommodation provided for PLN 750 per month.

  • Free transport from Poznań and the surrounding areas.

  Working schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts:

    • 6:00–14:00

    • 14:00–22:00

    • 22:00–6:00

  • 12-hour shifts:

    • 6:00–18:00

    • 10:00–22:00

    • 18:00–6:00

  • 5–6 days per week.

  Legal employment:

  • Civil law contract (umowa zlecenia).

  • After 18 months, there is an opportunity to switch to an employment contract (umowa o pracę).

• Candidates with no experience — full training will be provided.
