Production worker

Duninowo - Ustka, free shuttle bus from Słupsk and Ustka.

Job Description:

Salmon packaging and labeling.
Salmon weighing, filleting, and salting.
Warehouse work (men): receiving finished products, packing boxes, and placing them on pallets.
Opportunity to work in the sushi production department.

Requirements:

· Physical capability and agility to perform manual tasks while standing.
· Good eyesight and general health.
· Ability to maintain a fast work pace.
· Ability to perform repetitive or monotonous tasks.
· Possession of a Polish sanitary and epidemiological certificate (SANEPID).
· Willingness to work rotating shifts.
· Willingness to work in temperatures ranging from 8 to 15°C.
· Willingness to work in the fish processing industry.
· Responsibility, commitment, and punctuality.

We offer:

Legal employment contract
Gross salary at least of 28,70 PLN/hour + gross bonus of 300 PLN + productivity bonus
Overtime +50%, night shifts +20%, holiday work +100%.
Accommodation: 450 PLN per month (rooms for 2–4 people).
The company provides workwear.
