Currently, for one of our clients, we are looking for candidates who
🏢 Our client is a company specializing in the production of plywood and decorative panels.
📍 Work location: Pisz (approximately 100 km from Olsztyn)
🕒 Work Schedule:
• 5–6 working days per week
• 8-hour shifts
• Physical work involving plywood sheets
Shifts:
🔹 06:00–14:00
🔹 14:00–22:00
22:00-6:00
📋 Main Responsibilities:
• Operating woodworking machines.
• Quality control of finished products.
• Sorting plywood by size and type.
• Feeding materials into machines.
• Loading plywood onto the conveyor belt (no lifting required).
• Inspecting products after machine processing.
• Removing plywood from the conveyor belt (for men, lifting up to 5 kg).
📄 Contract Type:
Umowa zlecenia (contract of mandate).
💰 Salary:
• 31.40 PLN gross per hour.
• For students: 31.40 PLN net per hour.
• Additional bonus: 3.00 PLN/hour for every hour worked after exceeding 168 hours per month.
🏠 Accommodation:
500 PLN/month.
🔍 Requirements:
• No Polish language skills required.
• No previous experience required.

• Workplace temperature: 20–22°C depending on the production hall.
• Work clothing is provided.
